Today, he serves as an executive leader at one of the 40 fastest-growing churches in America and has spent the past seven years leading at the executive level across diverse teams and organizational cultures. Before stepping into executive leadership, David spent seven years as a worship leader and six years touring in the gospel industry—where he not only performed but also helped shape and elevate groups to higher levels of success through both creative and strategic leadership. He’s married to his wife, Robin, and is driven by a passion to help churches and organizations build clear systems, strong teams, and environments where vision actually works.
